Introductory Interview
An introductory interview is required prior to your first tutoring session. Milestone reviews with the parent/guardian will be scheduled as needed.
Parent/Guardian Participation
Miss Fran's Tutoring Services takes you and your child's needs seriously. Just like anything else you want to improve upon, it takes practice and commitment. Let's face it, this isn't always the child's priority!
Your child's success depends upon not only the tutoring sessions but your involvement as well. When helping your child complete the assignments given following each specially designed session, you will see your child blossom into a confident and thriving individual.
Let's partner together to help your child reach their goals and to help them "graduate" out of our tutoring program.
Electronic Device
Students will need an electronic device with microphone and camera capabilities. This can be either a desktop, laptop, or tablet.
Please, no phone devices for sessions. A larger screen is required for the child to be able to view the lesson clearly. Seeing your child's face is also an integral part of the tutoring lesson. Miss Fran needs to observe if your child is listening and understanding what is being taught in order to maximize your time together.
You or your child must have a valid Google email (gmail) account. Important information, documents, and links will be shared via this email address.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be received by the end of each session. Acceptable payment method is Venmo. If payment has not been received, your next session may be rescheduled based on availability.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received 24 hours prior to your session. Miss Fran's Tutoring Services reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee. We understand emergencies arise. Our office will work with you as best we can to accommodate missed sessions.
